Q4: Why my project is not opening?
To prevent database conflicts, while a project is in your cart you cannot open and edit it. You’ll be able to either duplicate the project from the My Projects page, otherwise you can remove the project from your cart.

6- Account Maintenance
Q1: How is my personal data protected?
UG Packaging takes security seriously. Your orders are processed through our third party MasterCard processor Braintree Payments. So as to guard you, we don’t store or keep MasterCard numbers in any of our systems. which means you’ll must re-enter your card whenever you order from us, but it also means your MasterCard info is safe, because we won’t keep it anywhere in our systems.
